Playing Moment to Moment, Scene to Scene
This three week workshop will focus on two main components:
First, Improvising within a scene:
How to start scenes right away (before you’ve had a chance to get in your head!) and how to discover and expand on the characters you’ve created through their actions and point of view rather than just their words.
Second, How to build a cohesive show:
Every show is different. In this workshop we will focus on how to better understand what makes a great piece. More specifically, how we can pay off our scene work by organically connecting our scenes to create a cohesive story, no matter what our play style is.
